  • If your kit was collected anonymously, but you now want to report and have your kit analyzed, please contact the investigating law enforcement agency and provide them with your kit’s 4-digit serial number.

Steps:
  1. Verify ID matches Kit
  2. Bend and peel off the backing
  3. Affix to box in upper left. Make sure not to cover any existing information.
  4. Recheck that label ID matches Kit ID
